What materials do you print with?
Our launch range is printed in Elegoo PLA — a durable, biodegradable thermoplastic perfect for desk accessories and moderate-use gaming gear. Materials and colours vary by product; check individual product pages for the latest details as our range expands.
How long does shipping take?
We're currently in pre-launch testing. Once we're live, every item will be printed to order. Shipping is planned to take 2–3 working days within the UK. Free UK shipping is planned on orders over £20 — standard shipping will be £1.55.
What is your return policy?
We plan to offer a 14-day return policy once we're live. If you're not happy with your item, contact us at [email protected] and we'll sort it out. Because items are printed to order, returns will be handled case-by-case.
Can I request a custom order?
Absolutely. The Custom Nameplate product is designed for full customisation, but we're happy to discuss other custom projects. Email [email protected] with your idea and we'll let you know if it's doable.
When will the store launch?
We're currently testing our printer and dialling in the first batch of products. Sign up for early access on any product page and we'll email you as soon as orders open. We're aiming to launch within the coming weeks.
Which mount variant should I choose?
Choose clamp-on if you can't drill your desk or want it temporary (includes M6 bolt, fits desks up to 40mm thick). Choose screw-mount if you want a permanent clean install — just needs two screws into your desk underside.
Is it strong enough for heavy headphones?
Yes — printed at 30% infill with 2 perimeters, the hook is surprisingly strong. It comfortably holds heavy gaming headsets (like Astro A50s or SteelSeries Arctis Pros). The clamp version holds firm thanks to the included M6 bolt.
